Elizabeth Hurley is shaking things up on the Gossip Girl set. The vixen has already sunk her claws into one of the guys, and she is just getting started. Elizabeth is giving viewers a little sneak peek about what they can expect on the upcoming season of the hit show.
We know her first conquest is the hunky, Nate Archibald, played by hottie Chace Crawford. Liz coyly admits, “Sparks fly between them for sure.” She may be twice his age, but she is one hot mama! The 46-year-old actress explains her character’s link to Nate, “We become more and more embroiled with each other in various ways as the shows progress.” Ohhh, sounds intriguing.
Diana Payne, Liz’s character, is a woman with an agenda. Producer Josh Safran likens Diana to Amanda Woodward, played by Heather Locklear, from the popular show, Melrose Place. Again, a gorgeous older woman comes in and shakes things up. Safran explains Diana’s mindset, “When she says something, even though she may move the chess pieces around to get what she wants, she says up top, ‘This is what I want’.” A master manipulator! Always, a favorite in any soap opera. Like any true vixen, “If people don’t comply, she’ll move them to get what she wants.” Sounds down right sneaky and a whole lot sexy!

Safran gushes about how excited he and other producers were to land Elizabeth. The British bombshell is pretty happy about her new job as well, “I have an exceptionally exciting part to play, and have a lot of fun doing it.” Exciting is kind of an understatement. In the very brief clip, currently out there, Diana walks right up to Nate and steals him away from a party. Next thing you know, the two are on the floor with Liz straddling Nate. She jumps up, pulls her itty bitty dress down while Nate looks like he has just been through a ringer. She moves fast! She takes the time to ask him for his name after they are finished with their dirty deed. This clip clearly sets the tone for the season.
